Exceptional reproduction of an American plains rifle, with double set, trigger and back action, it is named after the original manufacturer who worked together with Hawken. It is supplied with blued barrel and color case hardened steel parts. The oil finished stock is of fine European walnut. All fittings are made of steel. Equipped with adjustable rear sight. It comes in .45, .50 and .54 calibers, percussion only. The .45 and .50 calibers have a 32 ¼” barrel with a 1 in 47 ¼” twist and 6 grooves. The .54 caliber has a 32 ¼” barrel with a 1 in 66” twist and 7 grooves. Overall length is 48 13/16”. The .45 caliber weighs 9.70 lbs. the .50 caliber weighs 9.25 lbs and the .54 caliber weighs 9.0 lbs.
