Just purchased this beautiful "Lancaster County", PA. style Flintlock Rifle
The backside view of the Lancaster rifle shows off the large brass sideplate that has been used on the rifle along with the two lock bolts that hold it in place. Each of the bolts continues through the stock to engage the lock on the opposite side.
